Refund policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on casio.ge (hereinafter referred to as the "Site," "we," "us"). Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction; however, the terms and conditions below apply to product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. General Return Conditions
You may return products purchased on the Site (wristwatches, wall clocks, desk clocks) within 2 (two) calendar days of purchase, provided the following conditions are fully met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

The product must not be worn, worn out, scratched, or otherwise damaged.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt).

Prior to returning a product, it is mandatory to contact us via email (casiogeorgia@gmail.com) to receive return instructions.
2. Return Restrictions
Casio.ge reserves the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

The product does not meet the requirements described in Section 1.

The return period (2 calendar days) has expired.

The product was damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.

The product was purchased at a special discount as part of a "Final Sale."

Individual orders or personalized products are non-returnable (except in cases of manufacturing defects).

Important: A product cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the item, or dislikes the color/design, provided the product is not defective.
3. Refunds

Following the inspection of the returned product, if it meets all requirements, the refund will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.

The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product had a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly by us.
4. Product Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product, you must follow the return process and place a new order. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping cost and the delivery fee for the new product, unless the exchange is due to our error or a product defect.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 (two) business days of purchase.

You must provide photo/video evidence clearly showing the defect.

Upon confirmation, casio.ge will fully cover the costs associated with the exchange or return of the product.
