Shipping policy

This document defines the terms and conditions for the delivery, return, and refund of products purchased on Casio.ge.

I. Shipping Terms

1. Territory and Fees

  • Product delivery is carried out throughout the entire territory of Georgia.

  • Delivery fees are calculated during checkout based on your location and the weight of the item.

2. Order Processing and Timelines

Our team makes every effort to deliver orders in the shortest possible time:

  • Orders placed before 15:00 are handed over to the courier on the same day.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Tbilisi: The next calendar day after the package is picked up by the courier.

    • Regions: Within 2-3 calendar days after the package is picked up by the courier.

  • Note: Delivery occurs daily, including weekends.

3. Limitation of Liability and Delays

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: Delivery timelines are approximate. Casio.ge does not accept responsibility for delays caused by reasons beyond our control (courier company congestion, force majeure, difficult weather conditions).

  • Package Pickup by Courier: In the event that the courier service cannot pick up the package from our warehouse on time due to various logistical reasons, the delivery period will be extended by the corresponding timeframe, and the customer will be informed accordingly.

4. Order Tracking

Once the package is sent, you will receive a Tracking Number, which allows you to monitor the location of the package in real-time on the courier service's website.


II. Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Deadlines

The customer has the right to return a product within 2 (two) calendar days of purchase if:

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original labels, packaging, and accessories are preserved.

  • A proof of purchase is presented.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours (or a maximum of 2 business days) of receipt.

  • Provide photo/video material reflecting the damage to our email: casiogeorgia@gmail.com.

  • In the case of a confirmed defect, Casio.ge will fully cover the costs of replacing or returning the item.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

  • The 2-day return period has expired.

  • The item was damaged by the customer due to improper use.

  • The product was purchased with a special discount ("Final Sale").

  • The customer simply changed their mind about the purchase or disliked the design (provided the item is not defective).


III. Refunds

  • Following the return and inspection of the item, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used by the customer.

  • Initial delivery fees are not refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
